Description
It is a circular route in which the starting point and the arrival point is the Paridera de Alcaine, 3 kilometers from the town. To get to the beginning of the trail we will leave from Argente towards the Old Fountain picnic area, from here we will take the path to the area known as the Mascarón ravine, where we will begin our journey. The proposed route covers a distance of 8 km, with an approximate travel time of 2 and a half hours and 230 m. unevenness. This route would run through the Barranco de Mascarón, through the cave of Monje Ramiro II, Alto de la Serretilla and its trenches and would return to the starting point through the Quejigos and Carrascas forest. We can consider it to be a route with low difficulty, accessible to everyone.
