Molino harinero de Fuentes Calientes
The Water Mills Interpretation Centre (CIMA), located in an old 18th century water mill, is dedicated to the study of the evolution of water mills, as well as their different typologies, products and uses. This enclave is made up of three floors where the milling and decanting areas are preserved, as well as the miller’s dwelling. The machinery preserved inside the mill dates from the first Industrial Revolution (late 19th and early 20th centuries) and its materials come from both the rest of Spain and abroad.
