Molino del Ayuntamiento. Villel
Originally, the mill belonged to a family who lived in the village, and it was they who were responsible for its creation and for supplying the village. Because of their occupation, this family was nicknamed Los Molineros (the millers).
The mill used waterfalls to move very large stones that crushed the wheat grain into flour, which was then used as food for the inhabitants of the municipality.
The business passed from generation to generation for several decades, until this traditional way of doing business lost its value and they decided to sell it to the Town Council, its current owner.
