NATURAL HERITAGE
Fauna: golden eagles, vultures, mountain goats at Palomera peak, as well as roe deer and eagle owls.
Municipal sport hunting preserve, TE 10258 D, with twenty-five members and 2500 ha.

HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
The Church of San Cristóbal, 16th century. Inside it houses a valuable 15th century painting dedicated to Santa Ana and several altarpieces from the 16th and 17th centuries. The tower has two sections and a curious spire as a finial. The entrance has a small open atrium with a semicircular arch supported by columns.
The Town Hall, recently restored.
The Casa del Pasiego is a large mansion decorated with 19th century wall paintings.
Roman necropolis, found in the surrounding area.

FESTIVALS AND TRADITIONS
3 February in honour of San Blas and San Cristóbal.
Festivities of San Cristóbal, the first weekend in August.
Pilgrimage to the Virgen del Castillo, the first or second weekend in September. There is a pilgrimage to the Ermita de la Virgen del Castillo de Aguatón, in which 10 or 12 villages in the surrounding area take part.
