HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
Hermitage of Escalante, 15th century, Gothic style construction, built in very simple ashlar, with a single nave with two sections separated by a lowered diaphragm arch and a semicircular apse. It has a wooden gabled roof. It is located a few kilometres from the village.
Church of San Nicolás de Bari, a good example of 16th-century architecture in the province of Teruel. It has a single nave with chapels between the buttresses and a polygonal chancel covered with a star-shaped ribbed vault in accordance with the dates of its construction. It shows Mudejar influence.
Hermitage of Santa Quiteria, located inside the cemetery, very close to the ruins of the castle.
Castle, was in the upper part of the town, next to the cemetery. There are its remains and part of its enclosure is currently used as a cemetery.
It must have been an extensive fortress, rectangular in plan, about 45 by 20 meters on one side. Today only two long masonry walls remain, based on a slight slope.
Water mill (private).
