In the Comarca Community of Teruel, we can find artisans who still work in the old way today. The changes that they have introduced in the technique of their trade are small, now turned, in some cases, into distraction, and in others, as in the past, in their mean of living.
The clearest examples of these ancient trades can be found in the various pottery workshops that we find throughout the region.
The cold winters of the region allow the curing of the good ham of denomination of origin, the existence of truffles that are treasures that the earth keeps, cheeses with authentic flavours.
From a nature in its purest form, Teruel chefs transform the best raw materials into dishes that are the forefront of the new cuisine and, of course, the most traditional cuisine.
